Editorial Leadership in Winter Sport Culture
Between 2000 and 2013, I was the Editor in Chief of Onboard, Europe’s best selling winter sports magazine. I steered a multi-lingual team of writers, translators, photographers, and designers to make the best-selling winter sports magazine in Europe. And, speaking Spanish, French, and German, I was able to navigate the cultural nuances to create a truly international publication.
Freelance Journey: Weaving Lifestyle and Creative Endeavours
Now, as a freelance wordsmith, I collaborate with a diverse portfolio of clients, including The Guardian, Red Bull, Burton Snowboards, and Bridgestone amongst others. I am also a recognised documentary photographer, with work published in international magazines and newspapers and an awards list that includes a Coups de Coeur de L’ANI, Visa Pour L’Image, Gold Medal Leica AOP Open Awards, silver medals at the YICCA Contemporary Arts Exhibition, KPL Portrait Awards and two at the BJP Portrait of Britain Awards.
